“Another great North Manchester healthcare experience. The medical people in this town are always a joy (I'm serious) to spend time with.All around excellent. If you like too many details, here are some:

The front desk staff greeted me and were very friendly. They sorted out some insurance issues I had been having (not with them) which went above and beyond, in my opinion!

The technology in this office was advanced and fascinating, and the nurse/tech explained it to me every step of the way, so I felt included and not rushed (friendly and efficient!).

Dr. VanGessel is outstanding. He explained everything, and seemed genuinely interested in his job. As usual, I have too many questions, and he was happy to explain as much as I needed.

Liz helped me pick out a great set of glasses and didn't push the expensive upgrades, she just made me aware of them (they do have a lot of add-ons if you like things like transition lenses).

At a certain point you have too many good things to say and it sounds suspicious. So I'll say that it was really cold outside today (the office was warm).”​​​​​​​

“I have gone to the same eye Dr for many years. I made the choice to switch my family's eye care to Manchester Eyecare. I was nervous about the change. It went very well. The employees were kind and understanding. They listened to me. They was very helpful in picking out frames and explained clearly what insurance would cover and what would be out of pocket.
